F itting the damage evolution equation of the beam s, columns and the overall structure, the damage evolution ru le of the framew ork structure s collapse destruction w as researched. T aking the floor number and tmi e as variables the dual variable damage evolution equation of the beam and columnw as proposed. U sing the best fitting equation of damage index, it is known that the damage evolution rule of the whole structure is smi ilar to that of the columns, and has an exponential development ru le satisfying the Strong columnw eak-beam design princip les.
