点焊机作为一种重要的工业用具,在当今的工业生产中占着很重要的位置。点焊是一种重要的焊接工艺,具有成本低、生产效率高、易于实现自动化和节省材料等特点。如今,传统的点焊机自动化程度低,生产效率不高,焊点质量差,这已经不能满足工业发展的需求。因此,需要开发一种自动化程度高的点焊机控制系统。本文的点焊机采用双面双点过流焊接的原理,工作时且电流瞬间从另一电极沿工件流至此电极形成回路,不被焊工件的内部结构。Abstract

Spot-welding process is an important, low cost, high efficiency, easy to automate and saving materials and so on. Today, the traditional spot welding low degree of automation, production efficiency is not high, poor weld quality, which can not meet the needs of industrial development. Therefore, the need to develop a high degree of automation control system of spot welding.
