Methods 345 medical personnel to carry out the survey questionnaires and statistical analysis. Results The total medical staff smoking rate is 33.70 percent, when the male smoking rate of 57.44%; female smoking rate of 5.08%. Statistics reveals that different gender, flats, occupation, rural doctors and hospitals in the smoking rates significantly. Conclusion It is an important method to carry out health education to reduce smoking rates, improve the smoking behavior and attitude. It makes relevant recommendations in this essay. Key word: Medi
