摘 要 传统的论文投稿方式有电子邮件投稿和邮寄投稿两种。通过邮寄方式投稿，作者需要等很长的时间才能得到编辑部的反馈信息，并有可能投递错误、丢失信件等。电子邮件方式与邮寄方式相比，相对来说得到反馈信息的速度有所加快，其不足是受邮箱容量限制。随着数字化信息时代的到来，读者获取信息的方式不断增加，传统的投稿审稿模式已不能满足用户的需求。基于JSP的网上投稿系统刚好弥补了传统方式的不足，缩短信息反馈时间，提高投稿，审稿效率，提升稿件质量，保障稿件安全性，准确性。网上投稿系统主要是用来为编辑部等单位提供网上投审稿服务功能的。利用网络和数据库MYSQL实现稿件信息化管理，可以提高作者投稿、专家审稿和编辑校稿的效率。 为了解决目前通过电子邮件网上投稿及评审存在的弊端，提高报社工作效率，实现在线投稿与查询、在线审稿是报社发展的必然趋势。 本文对投稿评审管理系统的研究目的与意义进行了介绍，并对该系统的现状进行了分析，通过投稿评审管理系统结合实际情况，本文利用软件工程的方法对系统了分析和设计。本项目基于JSP技术，实现网上投稿的自动化管理。 作者投稿模块实现作者投稿，具体功能包括：（1）用户注册和登录；（2）作者向编辑部投稿；（3）作者可以查看稿件的处理进度或状态；（4）作者可以修改稿件等。 关键词：网上投稿 JSP MYSQL JAVA ABSTRACT The traditional?paper submissions?are email submissions and contribute to mail two kinds.
