摘 要 对于传统的论文投稿方式，手工稿处理起来有很大的缺陷。编辑部对于稿件管理的主要方式是基于文本，表格等纸质的手工处理，数据基本靠手工操作，工作量大，出错率搞，出错后不已更改。编辑部征稿、刊登稿件信息发表不便。利用网络技术可以提高工作效率已是不争的事实。推广使用基于网络的稿件远程处理模式, 以加快稿件的处理速度, 提高稿件处理过程的透明度, 增强稿件作者与审稿专家、期刊编辑间的互动交流, 这种模式在现有的技术条件下也是完全可以实现的。ABSTRACT For the traditional way of paper submitted manual draft to handle a lot of defects.
