农户收入多样化及其影响因素的对策研究 [摘 要] 农民家庭收入主要来源于农业生产经营收入、工资收入、财产性收入和转移性收入。农户增收的问题不仅关系到农户个体发展，村域经济类型的转型，还涉及到整个农区经济发展和社会主义新农村建设成败。多样化的收入来源减小了季节性波动对农民收入的影响。但是收入的多样化对不同收入水平农户有着不同的影响。对于低收入农民来说，收入来源的多样化更有利于其收入的提高；而对于高收入农民来说，多样化则影响其生产经营的规模，从而不利于其收入的提高。随着城乡收入差距持续扩大，农民收入水平低下问题日益凸显出来，成为我国经济发展方式转变、和谐社会建设的制约因素。如何加快农民收入增长始终是政策关注的焦点。因而，研究农民收入结构的演变、成因与规律有助于探索农民增收新途径、促进经济发展。 [关键词] 收入构成 多样化 增收 优化 Household Income Diversification and Countermeasure Research on Influence Factors [Abstract] The family income mainly comes from agricultural production and operation income, non-agricultural production and operation income, wage income, property income and transfer income.
