方克联合更生霉素治疗妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的临床研究 丁晖 刘凤英 吴宜林 刘毅智 陶光实 韩洁 （中南大学湘雅二医院妇产科 长沙 410011） 【关键词】　妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤　化学疗法　方克　5－氟尿嘧啶 更生霉素 【摘　要】　目的　观察方克联合更生霉素治疗滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效及毒副反应，方法　246例滋养细胞肿瘤患者采用方克联合更生霉素化疗，分析近期疗效、毒副反应，并与34例5－氟尿嘧啶联合更生霉素化疗患者的近期疗效、毒副反应方案进行比较。结果 方克与更生霉素化疗组近期治愈率达91.3%(42/46)，5-Fu与更生霉素化疗组近期治愈率达94.1%(32/34)，两组差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；方克组恶心、呕吐消化道反应发生率为87.4%（166/190），Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度占78.9%(150/190)，仅8.4%(16/190)为Ⅲ度，无一例Ⅳ度发生，与5-Fu组相比，差异具显著性﹙P＜0.05﹚；骨髓抑制发生率71.5%(136/190)，其中Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度占66.3%(123/190)，Ⅲ度仅为5.3% (10/190)，与5-Fu组相比，差异具显著性(P＜0.05)。结论 方克联合更生霉素治疗滋养细胞肿瘤近期疗效肯定，骨髓、消化道反应轻。 Clinical analysis in combination chemotherapy by tegafur and 5-fluorouracil bolus in the treatment of gestational trophoblastic tumor Ding Hui, Liu Fengying, Wu Yilin, et al. （Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, The Second Xiangya Hospital of XiangYa Medical school, Central South University, Changsha 410011, China） 【Key words】　gestational trophoblastic tumor 　chemotherapy 　 tegafur 5-fluorouracil bolus kengshengmycin 【Abstract】　Objective　To observe the effectiveness , toxicity and side effects of combination chemotherapy by tegafur and 5-fluorouracil bolus for the treatment of trophoblastic tumor. Methods 　46 patients with trophoblastic tumor were treated with combination chemotherapy by tegafur and 5-fluorouracil bolus, and the short term effectiveness ,side effects were reviewed. It was compared with the other 34 patients treated with combination chemotherapy by kengshengmycin and 5-fluorouracil bolus. Results 　The immediately complete remission rate of the patients treated with tegafur were 91.3%(42 out of 46), the rate of patients treated with kengshengmycin were 94.1%(32out of 34),The differences between two regiments was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The incidence of the gastrointestinal symptoms in the tegafur regiment was 87.4%（166 out of 190）, Ⅰ﹑Ⅱdegree 78.9%(150out of 190)，Ⅲ degree 8.4%(16 out of 190),without Ⅳ degree, compared with the 5-Fu regiment, the differences was not statistically significant（P＜0.05）; the i
