The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has the advantages of small deformation、 stable driving comfort、 good mechanical properties of the structure、 small amount of maintenance、 strong seismic ability and so on, which become one of the main components of modern bridge. This dissertation is divided into the design of the main bridge and the bridge approach. During comparison and selection phase of the program, the main bridge involves only the main dimensions formulate and flat、vertical、cross-sectional drawing, without being calculated. The approach bridge is the core of this dissertation. The approach bridge is a prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge(structure size:50+70+50m ),which is divided into a single design, single box and double room.Other indicators:bridge deck width of 13m、3 lanes, design load standard for highway 1. The design process is as follows: Size formulation、modeling by using Dr. bridge software、the calculation of dead load、the calculation of secondary internal force、estimation of prestressed reinforcement、the combination of internal forces、the calculation of the
