本科生毕业设计(论文) 题 目: C2C电子商务模式下消费者 行为的影响因素研究 英文题目: Research on the Factors of Consumer Behavior in C2C E-commerce Mode 系 : 专 业: 班 级: 学 生: 学 号: 指导教师: 职称: 指导教师: 职称: 摘　　要 随着互联网的迅速普及和电子商务的蓬勃发展，越来越多的人开始在网络上进行购物，特别是C2C交易的发展尤为迅速。然而，在C2C电子商务高速发展的同时，隐藏在其中的一些问题也逐渐暴露出来。尝试网上购物的人数虽然一直增加，但有过C2C交易经历的网民所占的比例还是很低，是什么阻碍了消费者加入到网上购物的大军中，在他们选择网站和卖家的时候，又是什么因素起到决定性作用，针对这样的问题，本文对在C2C电子商务模式下影响消费者购物行为的因素进行了探讨。 本文首先回顾了消费者行为相关理论的发展动态，在大量阅读文献和分析归纳的基础上，以技术接受模型为基本框架，根据我国网络购物实际情况对该模型进行调整，引入消费者个体特征、消费者网站特性认知、消费者网络购物风险认知、商品相关因素四个变量，探讨我国消费者网络购物行为的影响因素。研究采用理论和实证研究相结合的原则，对于影响我国C2C电子商务模式下消费者行为的各个因素及其相关关系提出假设，通过问卷的形式进行调查，并利用SPSS 16.0和 AMOS 7.0统计分析软件对所获得的样本数据进行数据分析与结果检验。 通过实证分析本文得出研究结论如下：感知网络购物有用、感知网络购物易用、网络购物风险认知、网站特性认知对消费者态度有显著性影响，而消费者的态度直接影响到其采取网上购物的意向；关于商品因素和消费者网络相关经验对消费者接受网上购物模型影响的相关假设得到了部分的支持。根据以上研究结果，本文还在最后对网上零售商提出了一些营销建议以作为本研究所得结论的应用。 Research on the Factors of Consumer Behavior in C2C E-commerce Mode Abstract As the rapid development of E-commerce based on the using of internet universally, more and more people start to do shopping on line. Especially, the development of C2C business is more rapid. However, in the process of C2C E-commerce developing, many problems concerning with consumers appear. What factors inhabit people to do on line shopping and what factors play an important role in choosing website and on line shop? In order to resolve these problems, we researched on the factors affecting the behavior of on-line shopping. The first section of this dissertation was literature review on the trends of the research on consumer behavior and related theories, then based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), introduced four new variable, customer characteristics, web characteristics, consumer perceived risk and product factors to discuss the main factors affecting the consumer behavior focused on purchase decision一making process.
