On the information network platform foundation, we takes the information technology as the strut and optimizes the processes of each kind of logistics resources, reduces the logistics cost at the greatest degree, enhances the logistics efficiency, satisfies the customers’ demand to the logistics service, which is the definition of the present logistics. The logistics system‘s main functions includes management of transportation, management of store, management of allocating and dispatching, management of customer and management of synthesis service. This article will conduct the research and the implementation of the logistics information platform’s transportation management and its design and development which faces to mid- and small-scale enterprise, It can provide corresponding service to some enterprises by means of the design of whole system and applies it to practice.
