专用三面钻床设计 摘要 机械制造及其自动化专业毕业设计是在我们学完了大学的全部基础课、技术基础课以及所有专业课之后进行的。它一方面要求学生通过设计能获得综合运用过去所学的全部课程进行工艺及结构设计的基本能力，另外，也为以后做好实际就业工作进行一次综合训练和准备。 本说明书设四章，依次为机械加工工艺规程制定、三面钻床专用夹具的设计、主轴箱设计、专用三面钻机床设计。针对一小型箱体零件，设计出其加工工艺路线，然后选择了钻三面孔的工序进行工艺装备的设计，特别是对孔的加工进行了认真的学习和认识。同时，结合具体实例和设计经验，阐述了通用件(如电机，带轮等)的选取及专用部件（如主轴箱）的设计计算。 笔者在附录中还收集了部分常用设计资料，可供读者设计及阅读时参考。 关键词： 三面钻床，工艺规程，专用夹具，主轴箱 THE DESIGN OF DEDICATED THREE-SECTION DRILLING MACHINE ABSTRACT The design of machinery manufacturing and automation professional is taken after we had all the basic courses, technical basic course and all the specialized courses in the University. On the one hand, it requires students to get the basic capacity of the integrated use of the full course that carried out in the past for the process and tructural design ,through this design. On the other hand,it also get a comprehensive employment training and preparation for the actual work. There are four chapters in the brochure, followed by the development of machinery processing, the design of three-section drilling fixture，spindle box and three-sectiong drilling machine. Parts for a small box, I had designed its processing line, and then select the three faces of the drilling process for the design of equipment, especially for the study and understanding of the processing of holes. At the same time, with concrete examples and design experiences, I also expounded the selection of common parts (such as motor, pulley, etc.) and the design and calculation of dedicated parts (such as the spindle box).
