毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 题 目： 试论企业财务风险 ——以雅戈尔集团为例 院 （系）： 专 业： 学生姓名： 班 级： 学 号： 指导教师： 年 月 日 摘 要 在竞争激烈的市场经济下，企业作为市场竞争的主体，财务风险对它的影响极其重要。风险是贯穿于企业经营活动整个过程当中的，尤其是当今企业面临的经营环境日益复杂，无论是外部环境，还是内部环境，风险因素都与日俱增。因此对财务风险的认识、防范和控制的研究已成为当今企业所面临的重要课题。本文以企业财务风险为研究对象，从财务风险的基本理论入手，研究企业财务风险的防范问题。论文首先论述了企业财务风险的概念，归纳了企业财务风险的特点和类型，接着从多方面分析了形成当前企业财务风险的内外因素，最终通过对雅戈尔集团财务风险的案例分析，提出了加强企业财务风险控制和防范的对策，对有效降低企业财务风险具有一定的启示意义。 关键词：企业财务风险；雅戈尔集团；原因；防范措施；控制对策 Abstract In the competitive market economy, enterprises as the main part of the competition in the market, the impact of the financial risks for it is extremely important. The risk is throughout the entire process of business activities , especially the operating environment faced by the enterprises is complex increasingly in today, Both the external environment, internal environment, risk factors are growing. Therefore, awareness, prevention and control to financial risk has become an important issue facing the enterprise today. In this paper, enterprise financial risk as the research object, begin from the basic theory of financial risk , to study the problems of enterprises financial risk prevention.
