苯硫脲( PTC) 味盲基因频率的测定与基因型分析 摘 要: 目的 测定我校部分青少年苯硫脲( PTC) 味盲基因频率并通过基因工程手段鉴定基因型。方法 采用阈值法测定127名青少年对PTC 的尝味敏感性，并作遗传学分析。结果 味盲率为20.67%, 味盲基因频率为0.5703, 尝味基因频率为0.4297。结论 尝味能力与民族、地理位置等因素有关有关。 关键词: 苯硫脲；基因频率；表现型；基因型 Genotype Analysis and Determination on Taste-Blind ness Gene Frequency to Phenylthiocarbamide( PTC) Abstract: Objective To determine the taste-blindness gene frequency of multiple nationality juveniles to PTC in our school and define the genotype through gene engineering method.
