河南机电高等专科学校 毕业论文 企业成本控制的探讨 ——大顺贸易有限公司 系 部 管理工程系 专 业 会计电算化 班 级 会计102 学生姓名 冯亚杰 学 号 100511203 指导教师 王潇 2012年12 月20日 摘 要：随着知识经济时代的到来，随着现代高科技的广泛应用，加上全面质量管理制度的实施，给企业成本的计量工作以猛烈冲击，所以加强成本核算与控制成为了现代企业管理的核心内容会计学专业论文。本文以大顺贸易有限公司的为例对成本控制进行了探讨，发现了在成本控制中出现的一系列问题，有的对控制缺乏层次深入以及缺乏事前预警控制，还有就是缺乏科学控制过程并且只看报表，脱离实际，忽略隐形成本。提出了对成本遵循精细化控制和强化事前预警控制，使预算刚性和例外相结合，同时建立营销成本控制和优化制度，并且建立完善的采购机制等建议。企业需加强成本管理、严格成本控制，加强资金管理，优化资源配置，挖掘企业潜力。这样才能在激烈的竞争中，占据优势，立于不败之地。 关键词：成本； 管理；控制； Abstract：With the arrival of the knowledge economy age, along with the wide application of modern high-tech, coupled with the implementation of total quality management system, to the enterprise cost measurement to buffet, so to strengthen the cost accounting and control become the core content of the modern enterprise management accounting professional papers.
