Violation operation will damage the machine and harm to the personal safety. Operation Manual （A）General System using SIEMENS S7-200 model PLC and Smart700 touch screen. PLC is an system automatic control unit. Smart700 touch screen will showing the data and for data setting etc. PHE unit is for heat exchange. Cannot heating or cooling by itself. It will through the outside cold source or hot source to decide its heating or cooling. PHE have four connection. Up and down was a pair. So we call it as side A and side B. Side A and side B is complete isolation. In the side A we do not control anything. Pump will installed at side B. So we can controlled the pressure and flow rate at side B. The PHE is convection flow that’s means one side is up in. Divided into manual operation, automatic and remote three ways: In the manual operation staff will through the control cabinet button to open and closed the pump. Pump cannot variable frequency and controlling the flow rate and pressure of water. In the automatic way system will according to the setting data operation. Data setting should finished at touch screen. In the automatic way and switcher was at remote Location, PHE unit will be controlled by the communication data central control room. Touch screen cannot open and closed the machine and do other data setting. It’s just can be watching. （B）Data showing System starting up as below: Main interface will showing the whole operation condition of PHE unit. Click button could enter into relevant menu. Data setting as below picture: Data could setting and modify in this condition. Modified it as your request. Alarm screen was showing each alarm point in this system.
