中国大中城市土地价格分布的 空间特性研究 摘 要：城市地价从经济角度上集中反映城市中人与地的关系,也从某种程度上反映城市土地利用活动的空间布局情况。本文运用GEOOPENDATA对地价进行空间分布格局分析,揭示了空间分布规律,并且定性地分析其成因。本文以住宅用地为研究对象，从中国统计局网站收集了全国35个大中城市的住宅用地地价数据，定性地分析了地价的空间特性，并且对地价的分布做出了合理的解释。 关键词：土地价格；GEOOPENDATA；空间特性；空间分布 中图分类号：F224. 0 The Spatial Character Study of Chinese Large and Medium-sized Cities’ Land Price Abstract: From economic point, the urban land price reflects the relationship between human and land, and to some extent reflects urban land use activities spatial layout.
