摘 要 本设计为西安市某十九层商务综合楼空调系统工程设计。该空调系统为舒适性空调系统。本设计主要是针对商场层﹑娱乐层、餐厅层、客房层等功能进行空调设计，为办公人员等提供一个舒适健康的环境。本设计根据该建筑各部分的结构特点及其用途，在充分考虑室内环境的舒适性、运行管理上的方便和节能等各方面的基础上，采用风机盘管加新风系统。这样可以满足不同功能房间使用时间段人员活动情况的不同要求，布置灵活，控制方便。设计内容包括: 空调冷负荷、湿负荷、新风量的计算；空调系统方案的确定；机组的选型；冷源的选择空调末端处理设备的选型；水系统的设计、布置与水力计算；风的设计与计算；室内送风方式的选定；空调系统的运行调节等The graduation project design is a cent air conditioning system for a Business center of xi’an city, belongs to comfortable air conditioning. It mainly includes office , and some other different rooms which have different functions .In a word, it can provide suitable and healthy environment for officers,visitors and so on. Based on the planning and designing of the specified functions and architectural layout of the building, the air conditioning system should be efficient in energy, comfort of indoor environment and convenience of operation and management. The above should be taken into consideration. Central cooling system has been adopted .On comparison of several design, the schemes determines to fan-coil units plus fresh air system for offices and other small rooms , which Satisfies the different requirement of people indoors . The flexible layout in current building makes simpler control. It contains: cooling load calculation，The moisture load，Fresh air volume; the selection of refrigeration units; Selection of refrigeration unit； the selection of air conditioning equipments; the design of air duct system and calculation; the design of water system and its resistance analysis; the estimation of air distribution method and the selection of relevant equipments; the insulation of air duct plant and chilled water pipes; noise and vibration control; etc. According to some correlation standard, allow for energy safe and indoor comfort, the air condition system of the design is Fan coil units (FCUs)--fresh air system Air-conditioning system operation etc. Key Words: comfortable air conditioning system ，fan-coil units plus fresh air system，load，
