真空罐罐平台及附属管道拆除吊装方案 Refluence Tank Platform and Affiliated Pipes Demolition Work Plan 1；50T吊车进厂前将吊车资质、车辆保险、年检合格证、吊车人员操作证等交与安全部门检查，检查合格方可进厂。 Before the 25 tons crane enter into the factory, LIC collect and offer licenses to CP Kelco Safety Dept., including the crane’s license, vehicle insurance, annual inspection certificate and the operator’s driving license。 2；设备在吊装前一周先与吊车司机及现场指挥人员进行现场勘测和吊装方案的技术交底。 One week before the hoist work, the crane operator and the superintend check the situation onsite and carry out technical communicate for the work plan. 50T吊车、10米平板车进厂各自停靠位置详见吊车现场平面布置图。 The vehicles parking location please refer to the Layout chart onsite for vehicle including the 25 tons crane and the 10 meters flat truck 4；吊车站位后将吊臂升至设备顶部吊装高度，吊车模拟吊装设备进行空载回旋吊臂，按照预先方案进行吊装走位。 When the crane positioned onsite, raising it’s arm up to the hoist height, and whirl it’s arm simulate the hoist action according to the prepared working plan. 5；由专业吊装人员将回流罐上方吊点用吊装环与钢丝绳连接在吊车吊钩上。 Using the hoist ring and steel wire linked the upper hoist point of the Refluence Tank and the crane hook by professional hoist person. 6；吊车慢慢起绳，吊车起绳至吃力状态后，将回流罐中部固定点螺栓拆除。 Taking up the wire of the crane slowly, when the wire been to forced state, demolition the falsework to the Refluence Tank middle part, and remove the fixed bolt. 7；让吊车司机将真空罐慢慢提起，提起高度为100mm处停下，（见吊装示意图1）检查吊车各个支腿受力情况，在检查一下吊车驾驶室内称重表读数是否在安全吊装范围内，在检查各个位置都没有问题后，按照先前演示的吊装行走路线进行吊装。具体吊装走位见吊装图2-4 Raising up the Refluence Tank slowly, stop at 100mm height ( refer to the sketch 1), and check the force situation for each leg of the carne, and check the weighing scale at the driver’s cab to see whether the reading number is under the safety scope, when everything is ok, continue the hoist work according to the plan.
