我国商业银行信贷风险的财务分析 院 系：经济管理学院 专 业 班：财务管理0902班 姓 名：李庭 学 号：20091305072 指导教师：周庆海 2011年10月 我国商业银行信贷风险的财务分析 Credit risks of commercial banks in China s financial analysis  摘要 我国是市场经济不完善的国家,商业银行的发展即不规范,抗风险能力有较弱。特别是2006年金融市场开放后,我国的商业银行所面临着外资银行的激烈竞争。在目前我国商业银行所面临的各种风险中,信贷风险是最重要的,也是最致命的风险。我国商业银行信贷风险的控制,无论是在技术、方法和观念方面,还是在制度方面,都与发达国家的商业银行存在较大的差距。更大的问题是:我国的理论界和众多的商业银行,过于注重对商业银行信贷风险的单因素研究、分析与控制,而忽略对商业银行信贷风险全过程控制的研究。因此,对我国商业银行信贷风险的全过程控制研究已是当务之急。 本文首先介绍了商业银行信贷风险的理论以及商业银行信贷风险控制的全过程的必要性,其次说明了我国商业银行信贷风险产生的的原因,然后说明了《巴塞尔新资本协议》对我国商业银行信贷风险控制的导向,最后结合实际指出了我国商业银行的信贷问题并提出相关的应对策略。 关键词:商业银行 信贷风险 控制  Abstract Our country is the market economy imperfect country, commercial banks development namely is not standard, anti-risk ability has weakly.After specially in 2006 the money market opening, our countrys commercial bank is facing the foreign capital bank steep competition.Faces in present Our country Commercial bank in each kind of risk, the credit risk is most important, also is the most fatal risk.Our country Commercial bank credit risk control, regardless of is in the technology, the method and the idea aspect, in the system aspect, all has the big disparity with the developed country commercial bank.The major problem is: Our countrys theorists and the multitudinous commercial bank, too pay great attention to the commercial bank credit risk single factor research, the analysis and the control, but neglects to the commercial bank credit risk entire process control research.Therefore, to Our country Commercial bank credit risk entire process control research already was the urgent matter. This article first introduced the commercial bank credit risk theory as well as the commercial bank credit risk control entire process necessity, next showed Our country Commercial bank credit risk produces the reason, then showed Barthel New Capible Agreement to Our country Commercial bank credit risk control guidance, finally unified had pointed out actual
