小型专业化水电建设公司战略研究——以中基公司为例.pdf

摘 要 “十二五”期间，国家明确提出加大水利水电发展力度，水电行业进入高速发 展的时期。近年来，水利水电的建设投入不断加大，小型水电建设企业发展前景良 好，但也面临着非常严峻的挑战，尤其是来自行业内部的竞争日趋激烈。在这种条 件下，小型企业想要健康快速的发展，就必须制定一套完整的、适合企业自身条件 的发展战略。 本文从宏观形势入手，全面分析了水电行业所处的外部环境因素和行业内竞争 态势，并以中基公司为例，分析其内部的组织结构、人力资源、技术力量、经营状 况和企业品牌文化等，辅以公司典型的经营案例，全面细致的对小型水电施工企业 的外部条件和内部资源进行了剖析，进而得出企业发展战略规划。 论文在分析过程中采用了多种分析工具。运用PEST 分析法详细论证水利水电 行业所处的外部宏观环境；运用五力模型分析小型水电施工企业所处的行业内部环 境和竞争态势；最后以中基公司为例，运用SWOT 分析法明确企业的优势和面临的 威胁，为企业战略制定提出多种可行性方案。在这些分析的基础上，小型水电施工 企业可以结合自身特点进行战略选择，并提供了以中基公司为例的战略实施方法和 保障措施。 此外，本文还强调水电企业在发展过程中的竞合理念，打破以往企业战略规划 只注重竞争的单一意识。同时，论文还以循环经济的理念为指导，为小型水电施工 企业做出适应当前社会要求和环境保护的发展模式规划。 关键词：水利水电 发展战略 竞合 I Abstract During the period of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, our country shows up increase the development of water conservancy and hydropower clearly, and hydropower industry stepped into a period of rapid development. In recent years, the investment of water conservancy and hydropower is increased ceaselessly, and small hydropower construction enterprises have good development prospect, however, they are also facing serious challenges, especially the competition from internal field is more and more intense. In such conditions, only if establish a set of development strategy which complete and suitable for the conditions of enterprises, will the small enterprises develop rapidly and healthy.
