技改一台75t/h循环流化床锅炉及配套发电机组 项 目 建 议 书 唐山三友集团东光浆粕有限责任公司 二○一四年二月 一、公司现状 公司动力车间担负全公司转供电和蒸汽供应任务。现有2台10t/h、2台15t/h、1台25t/h链条炉；其中1台10t/h锅炉产汽能力不足50%；其它三台10t/h、15t/h小锅炉均已运行多年，产汽能力不足75%；仅有1台25t/h锅炉为2011年新增散装锅炉，产汽能力可以达到85%。目前几台锅炉不仅燃煤消耗高，而且公司2014年污泥烘干项目实施后，不能满足生产和污泥烘干用汽。 目前公司供电方式为东西路双电源供电，西路供电线路负荷已满，而且外线故障频繁。公司为用电大户，日均电量13万kwh，由于工业用电电费较高，直接造成公司产品成本居高不下。 二、建设理由和生产方案 1、建设必要性 东光浆粕公司实施的《》，预计其新增用汽量约为吨/时，而原有台链条锅炉是年投入使用的，锅炉使用，应予以淘汰实施的《技改扩建高强高模纤维项目》以及公司“十二五”规划的要求，预计其新增用汽量约为30-40吨/时预计其新增用汽量约为30-40吨/时 二、工程概述 目前，热电站的生产规模和装机容量如下表： 型号 数量 建成时间 锅炉 顺转链条炉WGC35/39-23 3台 1987年（1-3#） 循环流化床DG35/3.82-17 2台 2001年（4#） 2005年（5#） 循环流化床DG75/3.82-17 1台 2008年（6#） 汽轮机 背压式机组B3-35/5-1 2台 1987年（1-2#） 抽凝式机组C6-3.43/0.589 1台 2003年（3#） 背压式机组 1台 2008年（4#） 根据公司“十二.五”发展规划，公司将新增蒸汽负荷约20-30吨/小时。另外，公司热电厂现有三台1987年建成的链条炉，存在设备老化、热效率低下、经济性能差、只能燃用北方高价烟煤、已接近使用寿命、检修费用高、生产供汽稳定性差的缺点。在公司生产规模不断扩大的同时，对供汽品质和生产安全稳定性的要求也不断提高，因此，拟实施扩建一台75吨循环流化床锅炉、一台6MW背压式机组替代现有35吨链条炉机组而成为生产主力炉，确保公司生产需要。 pump speed (c) is proportional.
