JIANGXI AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目： 我国农村金融存在的问题及对策分析 所在学院： 经济管理学院 姓 名： 袁旺兴 学 号： 专 业： 经济学（投资金融） 班 级： 经济092 指导教师： 杨晶 职 称： 讲师 二0 一三 年 四 月 摘要 农业是我国国民经济的重要部门，金融则是经济的核心。而农村金融市场本身存在很多问题，它们在无形中制约着农村经济的发展，从而影响着中国经济的腾飞。因此，我们必须了解这些制约的枷锁，并提出改革措施、策略以解开制约农村金融发展的桎梏。本文从农村金融三次改革的背景作为出发点，而农村金融也是我国金融体系的重要组成部分，它是促进我国农业的发展，农村人民生活水平的提高的重要影响因素，我们就有了研究农村金融问题的意义。然后根据现代农村金融现状提出了农村金融面临的四大问题：农村金融监管不力；农业保险有待完善；农村金融机构不够完善；不良贷款率问题。而为了使我国农村金融发展更为快速而稳定，必须不断的采取相应的措施，来促进农村金融发展：第一，创新监管体系；第二，加强保险意识、扶持等措施来加速农业保险的普及；第三，增加农村金融机构数量；第四，相关措施降低不良贷款率。搞好农村的金融也就发展了农村的经济，这就需要我们在以后的工作中，在国家建设社会主义新农村的政策推动下，不断的完善和革新我国农村的金融发展，以此来促进农村金融和新农村建设共同发展。不断的在农村金融发展中总结遇到的问题，并有针对性的构建更加有利于农村发展的金融体系。 关键词:农村金融；监管；农业保险；不良贷款Abstract Agriculture is an important sector of our national economy, finance is the core of the economy.
