IT based collaboration has great meaning and value in the current business society. These collaboration technologies enables the daily operational activities in the business function more accurately, effectively, and efficiently. The first one is the workflow management system. According to Ni (2014), workflow means the automation of business in the computer application environment. As Cunet (2012) says, the workflow management system is a software system that completes the defining and management of workflows, and promotes the implementation of specific workflow in certain logics designed by computers.
