优秀设计 PLC广告屏设计 摘 要 在工业控制过程中,继电接触器控制系统因其没有运算、处理、通讯等功能, 而不能完成复杂的控制方式,20世纪60年代PLC控制系统应运而生,它综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术等现代科是当今工业自动控制的标准设备之一。 PLC已经走过了近50 年的历程,以其结构紧凑、可靠性高、功能强、速度快、价格低等优点获得广泛应用,已经成为工业控制系统的主流。 本设计是关于PLC广告屏的设计，共用了32个霓虹灯管，五个按钮，通过霓虹灯管的闪烁来形成各种图案，由前四个按钮分别控制PLC的四种显示情况，使PLC实现四种功能，第五个按钮可使前四种显示情况连起来循环显示。PLC内部通过48个时间继电器的延时，来控制32个分别外接32个霓虹灯管的继电器，控制各个继电器按要求通断，可使32个霓虹灯先从左至右依次闪烁，再从右至左依次闪烁，然后由两边向中间依次闪烁，最后再由中间到两边依次闪烁。 关键词：PLC，霓虹灯，广告屏，主流 ABSTRACT In the industrial process control relay contactor controlling system for its no operation, processing, communications, and other functions, and cannot perform complex control mode, the 1960s PLC control system, combining the computer technology, automatic control technology and communication technology, modern industrial automatic control is today one of the standard equipment.
