毕 业 论 文 中文题目 H公司的生产物流分析与优化 英文题目 Analysis and optimization of production logistics on H company  H公司的生产物流分析与优化 【摘 要】生产物流与销售物流、供应物流一起形成企业的物流系统，其中生产物流是重要组成部分。通过改进和提高企业的生产物流可以帮助企业降低大量成本，提高效益，从而获得利润。从实际出发，通过对厦门H公司生产物流深入了解，并搜集信息、资料，对其进行分析，找出存在的问题，并将其优化。通过分析，发现该公司的生产物流存在以下问题：物流不畅，周转率低，库存高企；生产计划变动与工程变更频繁，插单生产与产品缺件送验现象严重；物料管理混乱，呆滞库存占用资金严重。通过系统阐述物流理论及生产物流理论，提出物流管理的目标和生产物流的特点，以及物流管理对企业经营的战略性意义。 【关键词】生产物流 ，库存，生产计划，物料管理  Analysis and optimization of production logistics on H company 【Abstract】nterprises logistics system is made up of production logistics ,distribution logistics and supply logistics, and production logistics play an important role. This article begins with in-depth knowledge of Xiamen H company’s production logistics, and then gathers and analyzes information and data, finally, finds out the existing problems and optimize them. Improving enterprises production logistics can help the enterprise reduce a large amount of cost and improve efficiency, thereby，here comes the profit. Through analysis, this company’s existing problems of production logistics has been found: poor logistics, low turnover, high inventory; production planning and engineering changes frequently , Insert sheet production and missing pieces of a single production for examination are serious; materials management confusion, sluggish stock take up a lot of fund.
