不分类号 学校代码 10129 U D C 338 学 号 2010221180 摘 要 最近几年，社会一直都关注“三农”问题，特别是连续几年的中央一号文件“三农”问题作为主要内容，显示了国家的关注度。 “三农”问题作为中国经济发展的问题，，随着中国经济的不断发展，国内和国际的形势更加复杂，现实意义，将有利于经济和社会更好的发展。 “三农”问题的核心是农业农村和农民问题，但是，要解决“三农”问题是最有效的方式增加农民的收入，农民收入增加，新农村建设的目标，全面建设小康社会的任务。 自改革开放以来，我国农民收入增长迅速。但是，20世纪90年代中后期，农民的收入连续下降四年，到了21世纪之后，农民收入的增长速度虽有所增加，但也属于恢复性增长，增长继续放缓。农民收入的增长，不仅直接影响到农业的健康发展，而且也直接关系到我国经济的可持续发展。，保障农民收入的提高；吸引农民回乡创业，拓宽增收途径。 关键词：准格尔旗； 农民收入；影响因素；农民增收The income of the farmers in Zhungeer Qi province and Countermeasures Research Survey Abstract In recent years, the society has always focused on the three rural issues, especially for several consecutive years No.1 document of central government in the three rural issues as the main content, display the national attention.
