2、澳大利亚：海关“进口管理法”1975年和1977年先后规定，绝对禁止进口的茶叶有：泡过的茶叶、掺有假茶或不适合人类饮用的茶叶、有损于健康和不合卫生的茶叶。对一般进口茶叶，必须符合下列标准：水浸出物不少于30％（以干态计），总灰分不超过8％，水溶性灰分不超过3％（以干态计）。 2.
