I’ll wait for you until you come back. He was watching TV when his mother came in. Please look after my dog while I’m away. 2.条件状语从句----由if, unless 引导 例：I’ll go to the park if I am free tomorrow. Unless you let me sing, I won’t serve you food. 3.原因状语从句----由because, since（既然），as(由于）引导 例：He didn’t go to school because he was ill. Since you don’t feel well , you’d better stay at home and have a good rest. As it is raining hard , we have to be indoors. 注意：because 和so 不能同用 4.让步状语从句----由though/although, even if/ even though(即 使)whatever/ no matter what , whenever/no matter when等引导 例：Although it rained hard，(yet）they kept on working. Wherever you go, I will go with you. No matter how hard it is , we won’t give it up. 注意： though/although 和 but不能同用 5.结果状语从句 ----由so…that, such…that引导 例：The coat is so expensive that I can’t afford it. This is such an expensive coat that I can’t afford it. 6.目的状语从句----由so that, in order that 引导 例：He studies hard every day so that /in order that he can catch up with his classmates.
