现场实时信息系统作业方法研究 摘 要 在高度竞争的市场中，为了增加企业的竞争力，如何满足客户的需求为一重要关键，尤其近年来客户对生产实时信息的要求不断提升，使得现场实时信息系统（Shop Floor Information System；SFIS）扮演一极重要角色。现场实时信息系统（SFIS）为改善工厂生产流程信息，并连结业务订单需求与厂内生产流程相关信息的一整合实时信息系统SFIS从业务输入端得到主要排程规划，然后将该信息传达到工厂端进行生产流程安排，并且利用回馈系统将生产信息及产出结果回馈原始端(即排程规划端)，以告知何时开始生产、何时可以出货。这些被用来监控生产排程、库存量及在制品的管理信息及其它相关生产管理信息，须与 Internet or Intranet相连结。通过现场实时信息系统（SFIS）可以使生产管理单位获得最佳排程资源及料况、测试设备及运送流程，使客户正确掌握收货时间。同时还可以完整的收集生产过程中的生产信息，实现对实时生产信息制程的改善和日后产品质量追踪。本研究主要依据生产信息、维修信息、在制品信息、异常流程管理信息、客户需求信息等相关作业信息项目建构生产流程数据模式，供相关企业参考。 关键词：现场实时信息系统；因特网；Abstract In order to enhance businesss competition in the higher competition market , how to meet customers requirement is an important key, especially in the last years, the customers requirement is much more highly about the real-time information of the production site . So the shop floor information plays an important role .SFIS is an improving of the factorys producing, and combining one of the demanding of the professional work orders and about the factorys producing information,and its also called integrated real-time information system .SFISgets the main process plans from the business inputting ,and then passing the information to the factory to make producing plans, and take the advantage of the back system to make the producing information and produced results come back to the original hand (planning process and programming hand) ,for telling when to start producing , and when to get the products .
