针刺配神阙穴隔盐灸治疗黄褐斑180例疗效观察 西安市中心医院：周志杰 西安中西医结合专科门诊部：晁玲 赵军 黄褐斑又称肝斑、蝴蝶斑，常见于面颊、鼻两侧及前额下部，呈不规则的 片状、黄褐色的色素沉着斑，分布对称，形似蝴蝶状。本病多发于中青年女性， 以青春期后、妊娠期妇女多发，是针灸美容专科常见病之一。笔者采用针刺加 神阙隔盐灸治疗黄褐斑患者180例，取得较满意疗效，同时设针刺对照组46 例进行疗效比较，现报道如下: Acupuncture match Shen que point isolation salt moxibustion therapy chloama 180 cases therapeutical effect observation Xian city central hospital: Zhou Zhijie Xian city traditional Chinese medicine and west medicine combine professional outpatient department: Chao Lin Zhao Jun Chloasma also called chloasma hepaticum ,butterfly spots ,generally appear on cheek, nose sides and forehead ,present irregular shape, yellow brown color’ pigment deposit point, distribute symmetry, shape like butterfly. This disease frequently occurring among young female, after puberty, gestational period female frequently occur, is one of common diseases in acupuncture and moxibustion cosmetology Professional . The write adopt Acupuncture match Shen que point isolation salt moxibustion therapy chloama 180 cases have obtain satisfactory therapeutical effect. At the same time the therapy group use pure and dry salt fill in navel flat, lay moxa cone and three moxibustion on it. The state of this disease has some seasonal ,severe in winter and light in summer, there have not obvious endocrine disease ,the pigment along the average light density of area twenty percent more than it of self face. According to tradition Chinese medicine category dialectical law, divide patients into hepatic congestion gastrointestinal kind, gastrointestinal pneumatomatosis kind and splenonephric debility kind demonstration. 1、临床资料 1．1一般资料 本研究226例黄褐斑患者均为来自门诊女性病人，按抽签法随机分为两组，针刺加神阙隔盐灸组 以下简称治疗组 180例，单纯针刺组 以下简称对照组 46例。治疗组180例中，年龄最小13岁，最大60岁，平均33．46岁；病程最短1个月，最长30年，平均5．08年；伴有月经不调或痛经51例，伴有失眠43例，伴有畏寒肢冷、腰部酸困或夜尿次数增多者24例，部分病例同时兼有以上多种症状。对照组138例中，年龄最小15岁，最大59岁，平均31.72岁；病程最短1个月，最长25年，平均5．83年：伴有月经不调或痛经114例，伴有失眠96例，伴有畏寒肢冷、腰部酸困或夜尿次数增多者48例，部分病人同时兼有以上多种症状。两组患者临床资料比较差异无显著性意义 P 0．05 。所有病例均经过严格筛选，经过B超、CT检查排除结核、内脏肿瘤
