摘 要 在高级公路的建设中，沥青混凝土称量是道路交通建设重要生产线之一。沥青混凝土称量自动控制系统自动化程度高，其控制系统的性能直接影响到沥青混凝土面材料的质量。因而沥青混凝土称量自动控制系统的设计是一个具有重要意义的研究课题。 本设计是用利用S7-200型PLC控制沥青混凝土的称量。其中详细介绍了系统的硬件配置以及软件设计流程图。本设计完成的主要内容是对整个系统进行设计，绘制出电气原理图、选择电气元件、统计输入/输出点数，PLC机型及功能控制模块配置，并且编写PLC中元件的地址表和绘制用户程序控制流程图。外部控制程序的基本实现采用编程的方法，即利用梯形图来实现方案设计中的各个部分的要求。针对沥青混凝土称量的自动控制，我们要达到的预期目标是实现自动控制内容。论文详细介绍了PLC的基本组成和工作原理。同时介绍了德国西门子S7-200PLC的基本结构、性能和特点。 该控制方案，可靠性高，编程简单易懂，操作方便，使用寿命长。沥青混凝土称量自动控制系统的应用，可以使产品加工质量稳定的保持在设计范围内，适合批量生产，有效降低生产成本，减少人工劳动强度，大幅提高生产效率，以适应市场和用户的需求。 关键词：沥青；混凝土；PLC；重量检测 Abstract In the construction of high-grade highways, the weighing of asphalt concrete is one of the important production lines in the construction of the road traffic.
