城市湿地生态社区基础设施规划详解.docVIP

昆明市滇池泛亚国际城市湿地生态社区基础设施规划 苗 斐 （西南林业大学 园林学院，云南 昆明 650224） 摘要：本次规划是在全面调查了昆明滇池泛亚国际城市湿地生态社区的自然条件、社会经济现状、基础设施和文教设施等基本情况的基础上，找出了社区内道路体系不完善、排水现状混乱等一系列现状存在的问题；规划以《昆明市城乡规划管理技术规定》、《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》为依据，对道路路网、竖向、横断面；给水、中水回用水、污水、雨水等相关数值的计算及网络系统；电力电信、燃气的负荷预测、网络系统；公共厕所、垃圾桶、垃圾中转站等相关内容进行了规划。本次规划调整了该规划区的路网，完善了基础设施建设。最后，本次规划提出了1）有效规划控制，通过有效的合理优化土地及建立规划控制手段，营造适合于21世纪生活观念的社会主义生态社区。2）坚持可持续发展，合理利用资源，整合土地，体现经济、社会、人口、资源和环境的可持续、协调发展要求等建议。 关键词：基础设施规划 生态社区 城市湿地 The Infrastructure Planning of Dianchi Pan Asia International of Kunming city Urban Wetlands Ecological Community Miao Fei (Faculty of Landscape Architecture, Southwest Forestry University, Kunming Yunnan, 650224) Abstract: This plan is based on a comprehensive survey of Dianchi Pan Asia International urban wetlands ecological community in kunming in natural conditions, socio-economic status, infrastructure and cultural facilities. Finding the road system is not perfected, the drainage of the community is confused and a series of problems. The plan is based on “Kunming Urban Planning and Management technical requirements” and “The Urban and Rural Planning Law of The Peoples Republic of China”, to plan for residential, roads, drainage, electricity telecommunications,gas, environmental health etc. The plan adjusts road network of the community and improves the infrastructure. Finally, the plan proposed: (1)It should plan effectively and control, through reasonable optimization of land and establishment of planning controls, to create a suitable concept of life century socialist in the 21st century . (2)Insist on sustainable development, rational use of resources, integrated land, reflect economic, social, population, resource and environmental sustainability, coordination development requirements and so on.
