This system can be applied to actual teaching so as to help the teacher organize the content of courses and implement the network teaching. And students can utilize the computer network to study independently. Students aesthesia of knowledge depends on the vision mainly and their impression of picture and understanding are easiest to accept in the course of teaching. The paper has considered the need of such modern teaching and orientates as the treatment to picture and manage especially in the research and development of the system.
