There are more than 83 million disabled people in our country, which accounts for 6.5 percent of the total population. Among them, the number of the disabled people in the rural areas is more than 62.25 million, accounting for 75.04 percent of the number of the disabled people. The problem of the rural disabled people has been the key issue of the rural areas. The condition of social service for the rural disabled people is related to the quality of life of the disabled people. And it is an important factor to the construction of new socialist countryside. The survey of this paper is conducted in Wandezhen community, Changqing District, Jinan, Shandong Province. This article take the disabled people in this area as the research object for the positivism research. The research methods that this paper uses includes interview,observation, questionnaire and documents and so on.The paper has sent 150 questionnaires of which 26 questionnaires returned. And the rate of the returned questionnaires is 84%, among them, the effective questionnaire was 126, the effective rate was 84%. Through the survey of the condition of social servic
