摘要 社会的发展离不开电能的支持，我国的经济之所以能在几十年内经过数次飞跃高速发展，其中一个重要原因就是建立了一个完善而庞大的电力网络。但是随着经济的进一步发展和居民生活水平的提高，电费支出也渐渐的成为影响企业利润和居民消费支出的一个方面。虽然说窃电行为随着电力的发展一直存在，但是笔者经过研究发现在最近几年窃电行为有着愈演愈烈的趋势，据电力部门统计，2013年国家电网因窃电造成的经济损失高达100个亿，在这样的背景下，体统而深入的研究反窃电技术，结合先进的现代科技遏制反窃电行为的蔓延最终将其限制在可控制的范围之内变成为了电力部门和相关研究人员一个紧迫而重要的任务。笔者作为一个电力部门的工作者，经过长时间的实践积累，对反窃电的相关技术有较深的研究，在本论文中，笔者首先介绍了窃电的危害和屡禁不止的根源，在此基础上提出了反窃电的紧迫性和必要性。其次，笔者简单的介绍了相关的窃电原理，对窃电的技术做一个相对面的分析。在本文的第三章，笔者分常规窃电方式和高科技智能窃电方式两个部分对目前存在的窃电方式进行详细的剖析，为反窃电技术的运用提供参考。在本文的第四章，笔者同样分为两个部分介绍了相关的反窃电技术，其中重点介绍了近几年社会上愈演愈烈的高科技智能化窃电方式的反窃电技术。最后笔者针对反窃电技术做一个总结和展望，提出反窃电工作要将短期治理和长期筹划结合起来，也就是说一方面有针对性的对窃电技术进行稽查和防范，另一方面要从整体和全局考虑更新电力网络，通过建立自动化和智能化的系统从根本上对窃电技术进行杜绝。 关键词：反窃电；电能表；智能化；技术 Abstract Society can not develop without the support of power, Chinas economy has been able to leap in after several decades of rapid development, one important reason is the establishment of a sound and massive power network.
