中 文 摘 要 许多隧道工程为深覆盖、复杂地质条件下的长距离、大直径引水隧洞，TBM施工方法以其无可比拟的速度优势成为隧道施工的首选。TBM 是高度机械化和自动化的大型地下隧道开挖设备，技术复杂。针对目前国内 TBM 隧道施工应用缺乏科学、系统的施工管理经验，系统分析 TBM 机械设备的结构组成、前期准备工作及 TBM 应用中所涉及到的各个环节。TBM 的主要缺点是对地质条件的适应能力差，针对此特点，探讨 TBM 破岩机理，深入分析影响 TBM 掘进性能及掘进效率的地质因素，主要包括岩石强度、岩石硬度、岩石的耐磨性和岩体节理发育程度。TBM 在国内应用时间短，隧道施工技术不成熟，对此详述 TBM 施工工艺原理和工艺流程，以及 TBM 施工方法，并进一步针对 TBM 所遇到的不良地质条件提出使 TBM 顺利通过的相应的施工方法，完善 TBM 隧道施工技术。以实际工程为例，介绍 TBM 在隧道工程中的应用。 关键词：TBM, 隧道, 应用, 研究 ABSTRACT Many long tunnels with bigger diameter used to water diversion are buried under deep strata with complex geology condition. The TBM is the first construction method because of its advantage of the high boring speed. TBM is a type of man-sized machine with high mechanisation and automatization used to boring tunnels, TBM’s technique is composite. Now TBM is more and more applying in the tunnels construction, aiming at there are short of scientific and systematic management experience, the structure of the TBM, the prophase prepare work before TBM construction, and the main taches included the TBM application is analyzed. The main disadvantage of TBM construction is restricted by the geology condition, the mechanism of TBM breaking up rock is put forward, and more the geology factors affecting the TBM boring capability and efficiency are analyzed,the geology factors mainly include rock intensity, rock rigidity, rock’s wearablity and the growth degree of the jointings in the rock-mass. TBM has applied in the China for a shorter time, there are much deficiency in the TBM tunnel construction technique. So the TBM construction theory, flow and construction method is bring forward, and the construction method for TBM boring the tunnel with worse geology condition appended. So the TBM tunnel construction technique became more perfect. In the last, the engineer example is given, to analyze detailedly the application of TBM in the tunnel project.
