替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌腹水的临床效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌腹水的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年3月～2013年11月到本院接受治疗的胃癌并发腹水患者64例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各32例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组采用替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗，分析对比两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 与对照组比较，观察组患者的腹水量明显较少，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组患者的治疗有效率为62.5%，观察组为87.5%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌并发腹水的临床效果较好，值得进一步推广使用。 　　[关键词] 替吉奥；静脉联合腹腔化疗；胃癌腹水 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（a）-0099-03 　　Observation on clinical efficacy of tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium vein combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy treatment gastric cancer ascites 　　SHANG Hong-juan HUANG Long-zhang DENG Ze-feng WANG Fan HE Xiu-qin WAN Bao-lin 　　Oncology Department，the Third People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province，Jiujiang 332000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy treatment gastric cancer ascites.
