计财科2014年上半年工作总结 2014年，我科室在局党组的正确领导下，在各部门的支持和配合下，紧紧围绕全省和全市地税工作要点，以组织收入工作为中心，以税收经济分析和数据监控工作为侧重点,狠抓会计核算、票证管理以及经费审批等基础工作，加强部门之间的协调配合，认真落实各项工作任务。 一、主要工作完成情况 （一）紧扣“严”和“实”，抓好群众路线教育实践活动。我科室根据市局安排，紧扣“严”和“实”，把实践教育活动融入到“三严三实”重要论述学习活动之中。通过学习经典、学习文件、学习先进，将教育实践活动结合自身工作实际，边学边改、边查边改、即知即改，以方便管理分局和纳税人为落脚点，以解决问题为切入点，通过提升个人素质、创新工作方式、提升服务质量，确保群众教育实践活动的取得实际效果。我科室在加强学习的同时，开门纳谏，认真对待意见建议，有什么问题就解决什么问题，什么问题突出就解决什么问题，使我们的政治理论水平和实际业务水平取得的进一步的提升。 （二）积极开展税源测算，强化计划管理，准确把握税源发展变化。面对今年严峻的经济税收形势，我们对2014年度的经济税源进行了细致的调查，分实施收入目标动态管理，分组织收入工作的各项措施工作为税源分析提供了强力保障 position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
