MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN China Agricultural University Beijing, China AND *** University *** City, *** Country For the purpose of further promotion of mutual understanding and reciprocal cooperation, China Agricultural University CAU and *** University *** do hereby agree to collaborate in regard to international programs based on the mutual interest between both parties in the manner and explanation of conditions specified below. 1. Exchange of faculty members 2. Exchange of students 3. Exchange of information 4. Joint seminars and workshops 5. Other academic exchange that both parties agree to For smooth implementation of the activities mentioned above, both parties shall exchange views, suggestions and solutions best towards satisfaction of each party and enter into specific activity agreements based on the mutually agreed objectives and outcomes of the relationship. This MOU is not considered to be a contract creating legal and financial relationships between the parties. Rather, it is designed to facilitate and develop a genuine and mutually beneficial exchange process/research relationship, and so forth. Efforts shall be made by both parties to implement the programs based on the agreement.
