摘 要 本论文以楚州防洪控制工程为依托，对泵站，节制闸，翼墙等构件混凝土施工的各个环节进行研究；针对混凝土工程施工方案中各工序和大体积混凝土施工中常出现的质量问题予以分析并制定相应防治及解决措施。 混凝土工程包括钢筋工程、模板工程和混凝土工程，是建筑施工中的主导工种工程，无论在人力、物力消耗和对工期的影响方面都占非常重要的地位。以本项目工程施工图设计及分部工程施工技术规范为依据，通过查阅相关施工手册，结合工程实际，编制分部工程施工方案，全面去考虑各项施工条件，确定合理的施工顺序、施工方法，制定了较有效的技术措施，为现场施工提供参考。This paper takes Chuzhou flood control project is rely on, pumping station, control gate, wing wall concrete construction for all aspects of the research; according to concrete engineering construction scheme of each process and large volume concrete quality problems in the construction to analysis and make corresponding prevention and solution measures. Concrete engineering including reinforced engineering, template engineering and concrete engineering in building construction, is the dominant types of engineering, both in manpower, material consumption and on the duration of the effects are accounted for a very important position. The current worldwide, as the most extensive use of concrete, the largest amount of a building material of concrete, research can be more convenient for the application of concrete, give full play to the advantages of concrete. This project construction drawing design and the concrete engineering construction specifications as the basis, through access to relevant construction manual, combined with practical engineering, preparation of construction division scheme, comprehensive consideration of various construction conditions, determine the reasonable construction sequence, construction method, developed a more effective technical measures, provide a reference for the site construction.
