Objective 目标: To provide a considerate, efficient and courteous service to our guests. Procedure:程序 Greet with “Good Morning” “Good Afternoon” “Good Evening”. Never use slang. 称呼客人早上、下午、晚上好,不要用俚语。 Acknowledge presence of all guests. 要知道所有客人的存在。 Have a warm friendly outlook. 保持友好 Use approachable body language and SMILE! 使用可以接受地肢体语言和微笑 “May I help you?” should be used when assisting a guest.
