内容摘要: 我国每年关税收入一直占据国家财政总收入的很大一部分比例，是GDP水平的重要影响因素，因此对关税的政治经济效应分析在当今以经济建设为中心的中国来说显得尤为重要。本论围绕关税在我国加入世界贸易组织后关税制度发生的变化，来进一步借助数据和小、大国进出口贸易模型和拉弗曲线模型分析这一变化所产生的经济效应，并依据分析结果针对入世后关税制度存在的问题提出具有针对性和可行性的建议。 关键词：WTO规则；关税的经济效应；优惠政策；关税征管制度 Abstract: This thesis is based on the core word of tariff system after Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, regarding tariff system changes after China joined the World Trade Organization and using further data and theoretical models to analyze the changes arose from the political and economic effects.
