Beijing Job Description Job Title: Broadband Software Design Engineer Location: Beijing Responsibilities Main Tasks: Be responsible for the broadband related telecommunication system development mostly focusing on L2 layer protocols implementation. Maintain software modules and support deployment from RD point of view. Qualifications: University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering with more than one year experience in related field is required. Solid experience on C. A strong background in system-level programming, multi-threading, IPC, and networking. Good experience on switch/router embedded system software development, Hands on experience with L2 protocols,? e.g. LAG, MEF Strong RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS), Linux is the mandatory knowledge. Experience in design and development of networking software features at platform dependent layer, dealing with specialized ASICs, network processors for high-performance packet forwarding systems, developing drivers and other platform dependent code good trouble shooting skill is advantage Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit.
