基于人居环境视角的历史文化 名村保护规划研究 Based on the perspective of history and culture in human settlement environment Village conservation plan 姓名： 学院：江河建筑学院 专业：城市规划 指导老师： 讲师 日期：2015年6月6日 摘要 我国是历史悠久的文明古国。在漫长的岁月中，中华民族创造了丰富多彩、弥足珍贵的历史文化遗产。在我国幸存的各类历史文化遗产中，历史文化名村占据十分重要的地位。中国古村落数量众多，分布广泛，不同地域历史村镇为传统文化和建筑艺术提供了广阔的舞台。保护历史文化名镇、名村对传承我国优秀文化和延续历史文脉，促进当地经济社会的发展将到重要作用。 当前，我国对历史文化名村的保护规划方面已日臻完善。但是我国的历史文化名村的保护更多地注重“目标取向”，而忽视“过程取向”；看重制度建立下，通过硬性法律手段保护而忽略呼吁公众参与，注重可持续发展的重要性；强调经济利益及资源开发，忽视原住居民的基础设施建设和基本生活需求。“乡愁”记忆的构建急需解决。 本文全面论述了沈北新区石佛寺村保护规划采用建筑与空间系统、功能的适应性分析方式，建立了满足当地村民与其他人群对空间需求的多元功能要求，即传统居民生活村落、民风淳朴人文村落和传统风貌旅游村落。同时通过有机更新的途径，保护历史文化名村传统风貌和景观空间，塑造村落的人文特色，增强公共空间活力；保留历史文化名村整体肌理前提下，改善局部格局，形成新的景观点,使村落新的生活形态和保护发展多元功能相适应。 关键词: 历史文化名村，人居环境系统，多元功能 Abstract Our country is a long history of civilization. In the long years, the Chinese nation created a rich and colorful, precious historical and cultural heritage. Surviving in our country each kind of historical and cultural heritage, historical and cultural village occupies an important position. Ancient villages in China are numerous, widely distributed, different regional historical towns and villages for the traditional culture and architectural art has provided a broad stage. The protection of historical cultural town and village plays an important role of inheriting Chinese excellent culture and the continuation of historical context and to promote the local economic and social development. At present, the protection of historical and cultural village planning in our country has been perfected.
