《旅游英语》课程教学纲要 一、课程概述 （一）课程学时与学分 课程代码：1211070100 开课专业：07级旅游管理专业，第7学期开课。 课程总学时：64学时，4学分。 （二）课程性质 《旅游英语》是旅游管理专业的专业必修课。《旅游英语》课程旨在培养学生正确使用英语为外国游客服务，具有用流利的口语向外国游客介绍我国灿烂的文化和丰富多彩的民风民俗以及从事旅游服务的交际的能力，强调培养学生在旅游行业情境下的英语听、说、读、写、译能力，以及在英语语言环境下培养学生专业知识的实际应用能力。 （三）教学目的 本课程的教学目的是通过大量的旅游背景知识讲解，扩大学生的知识面，将旅游景点的英语讲解能力和导游服务中的英语语言运用能力作为核心技能，在课堂中进行大量训练，结合实际强化训练，辅助现代化教学手段，进行实践模拟教学，培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，不断加强教学和学生专业知识的学习，以及专业技能的提高，培养出合格的适应国内外旅游行业需求的应用性高级技术人才。 （四）本课程与其他课程的联系与分工 本课程以《大学英语》、《英语口语》、《英语听力》等英语基础课为基础，并与《导游业务与管理》、《旅游学》等学科紧密联系。因此，本课程在教学实施过程中，既要处理好本门课程与相关课程之间的分工、配合，防止疏漏，又要保证其课程体系和结构的科学性。本课程的学习既离不开英语基础知识，也离不开旅游知识，所以学生在学习本科程之前应具备以上的基础，才能更好的完成本科程的各项要求。 二、课程教学的基本内容与要求 Lesson 19 Anhui 1.教学内容 (1) Dialogue: Climbing Mt.Huang (2) Passage 2: Mt.
