基于PLC程控漂洗生产线小车运行 摘 要 漂洗是现代工业生产中重要的一个环节，它直接影响着产品的质量。传统的漂洗生产线设备庞大、工序流程长、自动化程度低，为了提高生产效率，降低生产成本；随着现代技术的发展，漂洗生产线普遍趋于程控化，正是基于这样的思想，××军工厂弹壳表面漂洗生产线的改造项目，提出了基于PLC的程控漂洗生产线小车控制系统设计课题。 本课题来源于工程实际。所以，在本设计中力求可靠、稳定、直观、易于维护。本小车控制系统采用西门子S7-200系列PLC与台达DOP-A57GSTD型触摸屏，并配以现场信号传感器和执行机构构成该系统。应用step7软件包和台达触摸屏软件开发PLC控制、组态程序，实现小车运行自动化。 通过仿真调试，本系统基本达到现场生产的工艺技术要求。 关键词： PLC 触摸屏 传感器 程控漂洗生产线 ABSTRACT Rinsing is a important link of modern industrial production . It has a direct impact on the quality of the product. the traditional rinsing production line equipment too huge、process flow too long, degree of automation too low. In order to improve production efficiency, reduce production costs. With the development of modern technology, Rinse production lines tend to program-controlled generally, It is based on the idea, × × military plant production line shell rinse the surface of the reconstruction project, By the PLC-based program-controlled washing car production line control system design be issuesed. This topic comes from the actual project, Therefore, the design maintain to do form reliable, stable, intuitive and easy . The car control system uses the Siemens S7-200 series PLC and TaiDa series DOP-A57GSTD-touch screen. And supported the scene signals a sensor and executive bodies of the system. Application step7 software packages and TaiDa touch screen software to development PLC control, configuration procedures, achieve car running automation. the system basically reached the scene of the production technology requirements by the simulation tests.
