4.4聘用单位变更申请 操作步骤： （1）操作员点击菜单中的“办理员工申请”链接，选择菜单中的“聘用单位变更申请”，进入该功能主页面，如图4-4-1； （2）操作员通过输入“姓名”、“身份证编号”、“工作居住证编号”，点击“查询”，查询需要的办理变更的证件信息（点击“重置”按钮，可以清空所填信息重新查询），如图4-4-2，查到以后，点击“审核”进入该证件办理信息审核页面，如图4-4-3； （3）操作员按照系统要求，输入相应的数据，如图4-4-4； （4）操作员点击“提交”按钮，系统给出“确认”提交的提示信息，如图4-4-5； （5）操作员选择点击“确定”，系统给出操作成功的提示信息，并点击“确定”按钮，完成该项申请操作，如图4-4-6。 图4-4-1 图4-4-2 图4-4-3 图4-4-4 图4-4-5 图4-4-6 特别提示： （1）聘用单位变更申请，需由主管部门审核通过，且进行证件打印、提交才能完成该项业务。 （2）发起聘用单位变更后，如果个人被加入了黑名单，该聘用单位变更业务，自动终止，办理状态显示审批未通过，已办理完成 （3）进行聘用单位变更，被变更人员，如果再发起变更申请前，已经被加入了黑名单，操作员提交查询后，系统给出当前用户为黑名单用户,不允许进行申请的信息，如图4-4-7； （4）进行聘用单位变更申请审核，进行“保存”操作时，如果该项信息被其他用户进行了审核，或者审核通过后，操作员通过浏览器后退，再次进入审核页面，并再次提交审核，系统会禁止重复提交审核，且给出提示信息，如图4-4-8。 （5）操作员在审核页面，可以通过点击“姓名”，查看该人的详细信息。 （6）在个人详细信息页面，可进行“维护备注”，具体操作请参看3.1.1维护备注 （7）进行聘用单位变更，如果原所在单位一直没有对该申请进行审批，系统会7天后自动认为审批通过，转到“发起变更申请单位所在主管部门”进行审批。 图4-4-7 图4-4-8 of support and hanger.
