忠县花桥镇卫生院 “三好一满意总结  一、工作目标 紧密结合深化医药卫生体制改革和创先争优活动,以人为本,以病人为中心,以人民群众满意为出发点和落脚点,着力提升医疗服务水平,持续改进医疗质量,大力弘扬高尚医德,加强行业作风建设,进一步解决医疗卫生服务和行业作风中存在的突出问题,保障人民群众健康权益,推进医改顺利进行,促进社会和谐。 二、认真开展“三好一满意”活动,做到“服务好质量好医德好群众满意改善服务态度,优化服务流程,不断提升服务水平,努力做到“服务好”。 优化医院门急诊环境和流程将改善人民群众看病就医感受作为加强医疗服务工作的创新点和突破点,落实便民、利民措施积极探索、创新,有计划、有重点地推进各项改善医疗服务的措施,做到安排合理、服务热情、流程顺畅,不断促进医疗服务水平的提高。 推广优质护理服务。 建立健全医疗纠纷制度,认真落实医疗处理办法,构建和谐医患关系。 (二)加强质量管理,规范诊疗行为,持续改进医疗质量,努力做到“质量好”。 首诊负责、医师查房、疑难病例讨论、危重患者抢救、会诊、术前讨论、死亡病例讨论、交接班等严格落实《病历书写基本规范》,规范病历书写保障医疗质量和医疗安全。严格规范诊疗服务行为, (三)、加强医德医风教育,大力弘扬高尚医德,严肃行业纪律,努力做到“医德好”。 坚决查处医药购销和医疗服务中的不正之风案件,严肃行业纪律。严肃查处乱收费、收受或索要“红包”、收受回扣、商业贿赂等典型案件,充分发挥办案的警示作用。注意发挥查办案件的治本功能,推动完善制度、堵塞漏洞,净化医药卫生体制改革的社会环境。 深入开展行风评议,积极主动接受社会监督,努力做到“群众满意”。 要认真开展患者满意度调查,征求意见和建议,有针对性地改进服务。认真倾听群众呼声,及时解决群众反映的突出问题,努力让社会满意。要积极探索建立科学的卫生行风评价机制,更加客观、公正地反映卫生行风状况。 及时总结工作中存在的问题和不足,推广“三好一满意”活动的好经验、好做法和好典型,有序推进,确保成效。“三好一满意”活动 忠县花桥镇卫生院 2012.11.22 section of the Department of project management; Project documents and information: Project Engineering Department; Materials and equipment: material supply projects; Security controls: the project Department of safety and security; Construction machinery: Project Engineering Department; Financial: Project Management Department of finance; Security and fire services: project security. 3.3.5 management representative and project manager in this item specifies that the Chief Engineer is the management representative, responsible for the operation of quality management system and supervision, regardless of how his other responsibilities, should have a clear mandate to: ensure that the quality management system is implemented and maintained; The running of the quality management system to the project manager, including needed improvements; Always be aware that the customers needs and requirements. 3.4 3.4.1 project management review should be an annual review of its quality management system to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. 3.4.2 Administration revie
