毕业设计 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 20070403243 指导教师 二〇一一 年月日摘 要 本设计主要对钻铣床工作台及变速箱进行了优化，在保证加工方便，性能可靠地基础上提高了加工精度以及加工效率。 工作台作为机床的重要组成部分，也是影响加工精度的重要组成环节。目前工作台的种类繁多，传统的工作台只能安装在某一特定的机床上，伴随着科技的与时俱进，它们的功能也由传统单一性向现代的多更能性发展，现在一些工作台，它不仅可以安装在钻床上，还可以安装在铣床和镗床等机床上。通过对工作台的设计，学会设备改造方案的拟定、比较、分析以及进行必要的计算；通过对设备改造的机械部分设计，掌握设备典型零件的计算方法和步骤以及正确的架构设计方法；通过设计，树立正确的设计思想，培养自己分析问题解决问题的能力；提高自己应用手册、标准的能力。 本设计所设计的工作台采用了低摩擦直线导轨和精密丝杠，采用开环控制系统，其结构简单，实现方便且能保证一定的精度。本设计所设计的工作台不仅可以用于铣床上进行铣削加工，而且还能够用于钻床上钻削技工，所以功能远高于传统的普通工作台。总体上来看此设计设计合理、结构简单、性能可靠、精度较高、操作简单，调整维修方便。提高了设备的稳定性和可靠性，提高了加工效率。 关键词：工作台；钻床；铣床；直线导轨；精密丝杠 ABSTRACT To ensure the processing of convenience ，the design of the main table and the transmission of drilling and milling machine has been optimized,, can be reliably based on improving the processing accuracy and processing efficiency.
