摘要 本设计对象为沈阳市飞科电子研发中心办公楼空调工程设计。 该建筑位于沈阳市三好街建筑面积为14664.9m2。其中地上共十层，建筑面积为13190.4m2；十层之上有单独的房间，建筑面积为155.5 m2；地下一层为车库，建筑面积为1319m2。房间类型主要有大厅，小会议室，办公室，接待室，演示厅等。 根据沈阳本地气象资料和《空气调节》《供热工程》《建筑给排水工程》《流体输配管网》《空气用制冷技术》等教材所学的内容，并以《暖通空调规范实施手册》《空气调节设计手册》为科学依据，在有大空间的楼层摒弃噪音大耗能大的风机盘管加新风系统，合理采用集中式的全空气系统，在小空间密集的楼层，依然采用普遍采用的风机盘管加新风系统 本文首先对本楼进行分析，然后进行负荷计算和系统设计，合理选取系统方案，灵活布置。并且考虑到节约安装资金，减少日常维护费用等问题并提出合理方案 关键词 办公楼;全空气系统;风机盘管加新风;空气调节 Abstract This program is Airconditioning Engineering Design for Feike Electronic Research Center of Shenyang The building is located at Sanhao Street of Shenyang with a construction size of 14664.9 m2 .There exists ten floors above ground with a construction size of 13190.4m2;Independent rooms have a construction size of 155.5 m2 above tenth floorsmentioned before.We also get a underground garage with a construction size of 1319 m2 Room types mainly include halls,small meeting room,office,anteroom,demoroom. We use centralized fullairsystem in big space floor which abandon FanciolUnit that make big noise ang cost too much energy and use Fanciol Unit in the case of rooms gather intensive.All these are based on the weather data of Shenyang and materials we`ve learned such as “Air Conditioning”,”Heating Project”,”Building Drainage Project”,”Fluid transmission and distribution network”,”Air Conditioning Refrigeation”,”HVAC Specifications Implementation Handbook”,”Air-conditioning Design Manual”.
